Qui êtes-vous :
Vous êtes une personne amicale, dynamique et orientée client, intéressée par le travail dans une start-up technologique en pleine croissance avec une portée internationale.
Ce que vous ferez :
En tant que Gestionnaire de Compte Client, vous serez responsable de fournir la meilleure expérience client et de contribuer à la croissance de notre portefeuille de prospects / clients.
• Promouvoir les produits et services de Crowdaa auprès des prospects existants et faire le suivi
• Générer de nouveaux prospects commerciaux
• Fournir un excellent service client : expliquer le fonctionnement de la solution, traiter tout problème soulevé par les clients pour maintenir la qualité de votre offre, etc.
• Interagir avec nos partenaires internationaux et l’équipe principalement situés entre l’île de la Réunion et les États-Unis
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable des Opérations (basé au bureau de Maurice).
Ce que vous apportez :
• Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience avérée dans un poste de service client
• Solides compétences en technologie/logiciel/numérique appréciées
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit) indispensable
• Solides compétences en service client : vous êtes à l’écoute, empathique et proactif. Vous savez communiquer des messages de manière claire, concise et efficace, vous êtes à l’aise pour résoudre les problèmes
• Capacité à développer/maintenir des relations stratégiques et à fournir un bon service client
• Proactivité et capacité à suivre/soutenir les partenaires internationaux
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
• Orienté(e) vers les objectifs
• Compétences informatiques : à l’aise avec l’environnement informatique

Who you are:
You are a friendly, dynamic and customer-oriented person, interested in working in a fast-growing tech startup with an international reach.
What you will do:
As an Account Customer Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the best customer experience and for contributing to the growth of our leads/clients’ portfolio.
• Promote Crowdaa products and services to existing leads and do the follow-up
• Generate new sales leads
• Provide excellent customer care: explain how the solution works, address any issue raised by the clients to maintain the quality of your offer, etc.
• Interact with our international affiliates, and team mainly located between Réunion Island and the United States
You will be working closely with the Operations Manager (based in the Mauritius office).
What you bring:
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service position
• Solid tech/software/digital background appreciated
• Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential
• Strong customer care skills: you are an active listener, empathetic and proactive. You can communicate messages in a clear, concise and effective way, you are at ease with solving problems
• Ability to develop/maintain strategic relationships and to provide good customer care
• Proactivity and ability to follow-up/support international affiliates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goals-driven
• Computer skills: comfortable with computer environment
